CVSD Top Reader Awards

I had a great time speaking to a group of students today at the Central Valley School District's Top Reader Awards. Thanks to the Cherie Holm and the other CVSD middle school librarians for putting it together, and a special thanks goes out to the over 80 students who qualified for this great event.

Interview w/ GoLakeChelan.com

http://www.golakechelan.com/

Thanks to Steve Byquist and Jerry Isenhart from GoLakeChelan.com for putting together the above article and interview. Though the massive all day rain storm dampened the spirits & sales, my time at the Manson Apple Blossom Festival was, as always, fun. Met some real nice people and spent some quality time with part of the family. Thanks again, GoLakeChelan.com!

Bighorn Outdoor Adventure Show Appearances

I will be signing and selling books at this weekend's Bighorn Outdoor Adventure Show at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds on Friday, 3/18 between 12-3pm & Saturday, 3/19 between 5-8m. Hopefully, among all of the hunters and fishermen, there will be some readers at the show, too. The main character, Coug, loves the outdoors and loves hunting and fishing; maybe a few people will want to learn more about Coug and the little fishing community of Foxbluff Lake.
